The team at Ideal Tax was very thorough and did a good job of helping navigate all the steps toward my resolution. They communicated well and I appreciated all of their hardwork to close it out.

My account representative Danica was awesome! She was prompt, knowledgeable, and sincere in trying to help me get to a resolution and close my case. The overall process took a long time to resolve and was difficult but I am glad it is over.
