Great community of experts with deep knowledge of their subject. IDCA is my goto place for all things Data. Center, Security and Business Applications

We utilized IDCA audit, assessment, and consulting services for our cloud infrastructure and data center environment. Their findings were eye-opening and detailed. We ended up saving a lot of operating expenses and eliminated risks that we were exposed to but weren’t aware of. I personally took their DCIE course too, and the knowledge I gained helped me and the company in a big way.

IDCA's webinars are highly recommended. I attended their webinar back in May and I found it extremely informative and insightful. I would definitely recommend their trainings as well. Thank you IDCA!

Our Data Center was thoroughly audited & multiple flaws were identified and a realistic roadmap was presented to rectify them as per the metrics of the IDCA Infinity Paradigm. It was impossible for us to achieve this without the expertise of IDCA. Thumbs up!!

I recently had the opportunity to engage with the International Data Center Authority (IDCA) for their data center auditing and training services. From the get-go, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The audit process was thorough and comprehensive, offering a fine level of detail that served to identify opportunities for improvement in our data center operations. What I found particularly beneficial was the level of professionalism and deep knowledge the IDCA team brought to the table. They provided us with insightful recommendations backed by industry best practices, which made the path forward clear and practical. The training services were equally impressive. The courses were robust, up-to-date, and offered a well-rounded view of the data center ecosystem. The trainers were highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, fostering an engaging learning environment. They did an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts, making the material easy to understand regardless of one's technical background. Moreover, the customer service we received from the IDCA was stellar. From scheduling the audit to facilitating the training courses, the process was seamless, efficient, and customer-centric. In the ever-evolving landscape of data centers, IDCA has proven to be a valuable partner. I strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch auditing and training solutions. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement is evident, and we look forward to our continued partnership.

I have 10+ years of experience in the data center industry and there was still so much I learned from this class, I took the Data Center Operation Manager course. Also, great lecturer, he made the class very engaging and fun!
