App is super non user friendly. Interest rate was insanely high on my loan but I had no other choice since I needed it for medical reasons. I guess I’m glad I could have the loan in the first place though even though it was awful

I have had a lot of trouble trying to pay off the balance. Last month when I tried to pay the balance, it would only let me pay the minimum payment due. I reached out by email and did not get a response. I tried to call the 800 number listed in the app and it is no longer in service. Today, I was able to make a final payment but am concerned since my last final payment didn’t go through, I worry this one did not either.
