Login problem because Icons8 doesn't allow Scandinavian characters and didn't notify me either (instead it showed incorrect error texts) But the support helped me quickly and I came up with the solution to exclude non-english characters.

I was canceled my subscription but got auto renewed, then I asked for a refund, my request was handled very polite and promptly, thank you.

Their customer service was polite and they were quick to resolve a refund issue once I asked to speak to a supervisor. Would recommend this site for anyone who has fairly specific or simple needs where they won't require a search-within-artist function. Tons of amazing icons! Could be five stars for me with increased search functionality.

Hi, Heather! Thank you for speaking your mind. The team is definitely going to consider your feedback regarding icons search within artist's collection. This feature will be introduced in the next iteration of invited artists section. Stay tuned!

Charged me even if I deleted my subscription after trial, but they refunded me immediately. They should be more careful about it. The service is amazing, by the way. But I didn't buy because I didn't need to use it.
