Esperienza eccezionale
Esperienza eccezionale!

Shaded too dark, I cannot see when I wear them.
I purchased the purple lenses with snowflake specs. I will say they are soft and go in easy so that was great. However, they are shaded in a way that makes your vision appear as if you are in a poorly lit room wearing dark sunglasses. I could barely see anything. They look nice and are comfortable, but I cannot see when I wear them.
Response from ICOICE· Nov 27, 2025
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our purple snowflake lenses. We’re glad to hear that you found them comfortable and easy to wear, but we’re very sorry that the shading affected your vision. Your comfort and safety are extremely important to us. This specific design has a highly pigmented color effect, which can appear darker for some wearers depending on lighting and eye color. We truly appreciate your feedback — it helps us continue improving. We’d love to make this right for you and help you find a lighter, clearer option that still fits your style. Please reach out to us through customer support, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a suitable solution.
