ICEPUREReviews of icepurefilter.com

I received the three filters about 3 days before promised. But more importantly, one of these filters cost at least $10 more than all three of the filters together that I received from Ice pure. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this purchase and I would highly recommend Ice Pure to anyone else to purchase from them. The filter is working great and is in my refrigerator now.

We are very happy with the water dispenser. The ice maker makes the crushed ice just like a snow cone, my grandkids love it! It was easy yo install. The best part for me as a boomer, the bottom load is essential!

we are super happy with this icemaker (main reason we got it is the ice) the cold, room temp and hot water are a bonus for us. The instructions to clean it and start it up could improve but hey we figure it out with just a little common sense. We chose the 5 gallon container for now and the taste of the ice and water is great! Ice is super quick to produce, every 8mins. the crusher is a great feature!! and this machine is a good looking machine compared to others :-) the customer service about 2 questions we had were quick and very useful and of course helpful.

I purchases a set of 3 filters for my Samsung refrigerator. A few months later the refrigerator bit the dust and I could no longer use the replacement filters I had purchased. I wrote the company and of course I had no purchasing order. They politely asked me to donate them to someone who could use them and they would send me filters for my new Whirlpool frig. What a nice company. I now have their contact information and will be ordering my replacent filters from your from now on. I do not go to stores to walk the isles, I order online as quickly and convenient as I can. Thank you P S we were hit by a Derecho historical storm. No power for days, I donated the filters to a family who lost everything in their frig and new filters helped freshen their lives.

I am very happy with IcePure as a filter system and their professionalism as a company is excellent. I made a simple request to IcePure about my delivery and they responded quickly and professionally. IcePure is a great company with great employees. Iris, from IcePure responded to me immediately and was very accommodating to my request. IcePure makes excellent filters and Iris is an excellent employee at IcePure. Thank you Iris for your help

Very happy with my Icepurefilter purchase. I purchased the 5 in 1 bottoms water cooler with ice maker. My shipment arrived quickly and was in excellent quality and condition. I followed all cleaning instructions which were simple and easy to follow. My only criticism is the ice maker function which is quick but i wish the ice making function was a bit more fully solid (the ice) and the chamber more insulated. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought filters before from another company and they were supposed to fit my refrigerator but did not. These fit perfectly and were very affordable

So tired of getting ripped off with high prices at Pinch-A-Penny. Looked for an alternative and was so fortunate to find your company with fair prices and quick service. Thank you for not joining the “let’s rip off our customers” club and blame it on the supply chain.
