I ordered filters online. There was a minor issue with the shipment (no sweat, mistakes happen). As soon as I brought it to their attention, customer service rectified the issue quickly and effectively. This type of responsiveness and customer-focused approach should be commended.

I placed an online order purchasing three filters. Months later even I opened the third filter it did not work properly. The customer service department responded promptly and courteously and sent two replacement filters. Great to see a company stand behind their product and hire competent staff to interface with their customers.

We ordered the ICEPURE cooler because it offered an ice maker and 3 water temperatures. When the unit arrived, we noticed that the plastic top on which the water bottle rests was cracked. We contacted support to request a replacement part for the piece that was cracked. Iris from support offered to send us a whole new machine which we received a couple of days ago. We love the machine. It works great, has nice design and the ice making function is very convenient. Iris has been an efficient and courteous problem solver for us.

Nice looking filters and delivered in good condition! I just wish they were made in the USA instead of China!!!
