Every time that I have an issue regarding my website or, related technical problems, ICDSoft always comes through. Most recently I needed to figure out how to transfer my website email address to my phone. Within just a few minutes after posting a question, they responded and the problem was immediately solved. They are the best!

If you are looking for a hosting service, look no further. I've been with ICDSoft for many years and migrated any websites I took over to here. Over those years they have constantly improved their features and the pricing plans are great for resellers. The dashboard gives you access to everything you could want to manage all aspects of the a website with a user friendly, intuitive layout. The Support team are phenomenal; I've had complex issues over the years with DNS settings, cron jobs, mailboxes, php settings, configuring of .htaccess files, Wordpress problems, website migration, restoring from backups; the list goes on and the Sure Support team always amazes me with how they go above and beyond to solve issues. They give better technical support than ANY of the many platforms I work with online. I rarely take the time to write reviews but, after the incredible support they gave me with a complicated redirection task I was working on yesterday, I asked them for a link to where I could leave a review - they deserve praise!
