Shocking customer service. The product stopped working after 12 months and despite having a 3 year warranty the company did not respond to any of the emails we sent asking for a replacement or repair. I would not recommend this company which is a shame as the product seemed ok.

i would highly recommend you to NOT get this brand at all costs. bought a jump starter that never worked and i have been trying to talk with them for almost 3months and i got no reply so far. seriously this brand seems to hate its customers

J’ai acheté un buture il y a moins de deux ans et comment vous dire … il aspire quasi plus les roues se sont meme enlevées impossible à remettre !! J’ai effectué 3 réclamations sur le site buture il y a plus d’une semaine et aucun retour de leur part en sachant que j’ai l’extension de garantie de 3 ans et que l’aspirateur n’a même pas deux ans ! Super buture !!!!

Achat d’un booster , servi 2 fois , ne fonctionne plus un an après. Changé sous garantie, mais idem 1 an après et plus de réponse du service client

Ho dato 1 stella ma dovrei darne 0,pessima esperienza ho ordinato un filtro di ricambio dell' aspirapolvere il 20 agosto,già pagato e ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto niente dal tracciamento il mio pacco continua a fare avanti e indietro, ovviamente non rispondono alle decine di mail inviate,non comprate niente o perderete i soldi

I purchased a JR700 vacuum through Amazon and after about 16 months of very minimal use, the charger essentially caught fire while charging the vacuum. I contacted Buture to advise them of the situation; initially I was ignored, then when I chased up I was told to contact a different department and then I was told just to buy a new charger. No one has addressed the faulty product or offered an apology. I couldn't recommend based on the customer service received so far. I will amend this review if anything changes.

Se trata de una aspiradora modelo VAC01 comprada en su web. Tras unos días de correcto funcionamiento la aspiradora funciona pero no aspira casi nada y se calienta. Nos registramos para su garantia. Hemos mandado ya tres correos a su dirección de soporte sin respuesta. Hoy hemos puesto otro con visos formales de denunciarlos.

Acquistata aspirapolvere, dopo 1 anno si è rotta la spazzola, dopo vari solleciti al mio reclamo ricevo la spazzola nuova, poi si è rotto il contatto sopra il motore lo scorso 29 di Agosto, inviato nuovamente reclamo con foto varie, ad oggi 05 di Settembre dopo una decina di solleciti nessuna risposta, premetto che la mi aspirapolvere è ancora in garanzia, comportamento alquanto vergognoso e inammissibile, non comprate nulla da questa Azienda, non rispondono quindi nessuna garanzia.
