Post sale assistance is rubbish. I've contacted them via different methods and not had a reply from any of them

Very disappointed with this cordless cleaner. Less than 14 months old and failing to work efficiently. The dust canister is insecure and has a tendency to fall apart disgorging contents on the carpet. Several emails have been ignored. Steer clear. It does not live up to the hype and I wish I had been more circumspect! Zero after care even with a warranty.

Ho ordinato un'aspirapolvere che non è mai arrivato, mi hanno detto che il corriere non ha trovato l'indirizzo e lo ha rimandato in azienda e dopo alcune mail mi hanno risposto che appena il magazzino riceveva il pacco mi avrebbero rimborsato,ora non rispondono nemmeno più alle mail ma gli farò pubblicità su istagram Facebook e su tutti i social po ssibili affinché possano imbrogliare meno persone possibile,disonesti.

Mein Akku-Staubsauger ist noch in der Garantiezeit ausgefallen (der Motor blockiert). Ich versuche seit 3 Monaten den Kundendienst zu erreichen. Auf meine Email und nach 3 weiteren Erinnerungen hat sich der Kundendienst noch nicht gemeldet. Wahrscheinlich gibt es die Firma gar nicht mehr. Ich würde auf keinem Fall neue Artikel bei Ibuture bestellen.

I placed an order with this guys 2 weeks ago and received confirmation my order has been shipped. It’s almost 2 weeks now I haven’t received the order or any further update. I have sent an email and no response. No contact number on thier website either. Pls can someone advise if this is a scam. Am beginning to be worried

This company used to sell on Amazon which is where I bought their battery starter but they have since stopped selling on Amazon, presumably due to all the negative reviews. Their battery starter doesn't jump start any battery so please avoid buying from them.

I got a JR700 model vacuum on Amazon. It worked just fine for me. After around a year, the wheels on the main brush have fallen off and won't stay in place. I left several requests for their "hussle-free warranty," and oh a surprise - I received none replies 😦 I wrote another email for potential purchase and received several replies, which supports the theory that they do read emails but reply only to those with buying intentions only. I wish I had founded these reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing.
