I had an issue with zipping up one of the leg attachments for my new NormaTec Pulse. I emailed customer service at HyperIce and within a week I had a new leg attachment and a label to return the broken one. I really appreciated the friendly and quick customer service of this company. Strongly recommend the company because of the excellent products and prompt customer service.

I am a 74 year old runner and I recently purchased a Hyperice Hypervolt. I am extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. The Hypervolt is easy to set up, functions quietly, has plenty of power and the interchangeable head attachments are easy to remove and insert. My muscle soreness has reduced and my range of motion has increased. The customer service I received was absolutely consistent with their mission statement - "to deliver an elevated customer experience". Highly recommended product and support!

This is a great product with excellent customer service. Buy a Hypervolt and use it regularly it will make your life better.

We have two hypervolts. We love them and use them daily. We’ve introduced them to our family members and they each have bought one too. Recently one of the batteries of the massagers came undone. I contacted customer service and they said they would send out one immediately the next day. Incredible service. Thank you!
