Hyperice Is Awesome!
The Hyperice team was very helpful with my questions, and they got everything done very efficiently! The person I had was very kind, and always answered my questions. They have the best customer service that I have had to work with!

Matt deserves a raise!
Matt was friendly, empathetic, professional - even with over 20 years in customer service myself, I can offer no critique or advice for improvement. He quickly and effortlessly walked me through some easy troubleshooting steps on my wife's HyperSphere. When this proved insufficient to solve my problem, he then guided me through the purchase of an extended warranty, RMA creation and shipping arrangements in minutes. At no point did Matt seem unsure or lacking in knowledge, nor did he once talk down to me. This is the first time in my life that I can honestly say I am completely and totally satisfied with my support experience.

I love my Hypervolt to relieve tight muscles. I use it on my clients to help any muscle pain they come into my Pilates studio with or to reduce muscle soreness post workout.
In addition, when I have had any problems the company has been very responsive and helpful.

Hypervolt is AMAZING!
My son-in-law brought his Hypervolt to me to try since I have back pain issues. Got immediate relief from using it for a short time. The Hypervolt is AMAZING, so much so that I purchased one for myself.
