The content offered by HyGuru integrates high yield topics with important test taking strategies and spaced repetition. I would highly recommend Dr. Damania’s resources to anyone preparing for USMLE.

I love how interactive Rahul is. I felt like I was watching his lectures face to face. The program is well organized, I aimed to do about 10 videos a day (they are relatively short). This really helped me manage my time! I felt like I was learning via space repetition method but without using anki. He focused on the big picture and how the info connected with other modules. The questions embedded in the videos also confirmed I was learning. Because of this I felt more confident for my NBME CBSE my school required! I plan on finishing the rest of the program for Step 1.

I worked with Rahul for the duration of my third year, about 2-3 times a month and weekly for my preparation for step 2. He was kind, patient, accessible, encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. He created a schedule for me to ensure I got through all of uworld and the CMS forms that was imperative for my success. We often discussed topics of confusion, each topic I discussed with him was clear and allowed me to remember each concept. I wouldn't have survived my third year or dedicated for step 2 without him!

Dr. Damania was an incredible source of moral support during my Step 2 dedicated. He was always available when I had questions, approachable, and very willing to help. It’s rare from my experience to find physicians so dedicated to mentor and teach medical students, but Dr. Damania exhibits his passion for uplifting students DAILY. I also definitely recommend his USMLE courses, because they really teach you to approach questions in a mindset that you won’t find taught on UWorld or it might take you X Number of practice tests before you understand the USMLE mindset.

What makes HyGuru different from other test prep materials is the interactiveness of the course. He is constantly integrating concepts and presenting information in a way that makes you think about the high-yield facts from the test maker's point of view. He also gives you good ways to remember important details. I wouldn't say I was a great test taker to start with and this course was a complete game changer in my USMLE strategy and learning experience. I will not watch HyGuru unless I know I am going to be active and engaged because I know how valuable this course is! Thank you Rahul you have helped me more than you know!

Rahul was an instrumental part of my dedicated preparation for Step 2. His resources are so clear and do a great job of de-mistifying challenging topics that medical students constantly struggle with.
