So far I had to figure things out on my own or by watching outdated YouTube videos. I really think having access to calling someone for help or maybe having a “preceptor” of some sort to help nurses step by step would be great. But as of right now I haven’t been able to do anything! It’s frustrating and maybe it’s my mistake by not doing more research

They have been helpful and answer all questions. I did think that that the onboarding process was going to be a little more partnered. But I have received quick answers to questions with utmost professionalism.

I like the model of Hydreight. We have just had issues with the app being glitchy and then the telehealth is hit or miss which is frustrating to the flow of your business.

I PLACED THE ORDER AND RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION MY ORDER IS BEING PREPARED TO SHIP. AFTER A SEVERAL DAYS OF WAITING AND CHECKING EMAILS FOR ANY UPDATES REGARDING THE ORDER, CHECKING FOR UPDATES VIA TRACKING NUMBER AND NO UPDATES WHATSOEVER, ONLY THE SAME INFORMATION FROM THE ORIGINAL NOTIFICATION. THEN, I HAD TO SPEND MORE TIME EMAILING THE HYDREIGHT ONLY TO DETERMINE THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK. BUT WOUD BE ORDERED THROUGH MEDLINE. HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. NOR, WAS THERE AN EXPLANATION/RESPONSE REGARDING HOW/WHY I WAS ABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER OR SPEND HUNDREDS ON PRODUCTS THAT WEREN'T AVAILABLE. AND THERE WAS NEVER A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL (THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT HYDREIGHT) ASKING HOW TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN AS I LOST CLIENTS AND I CAN NEVER GET THE TIME, ENERGY OR EFFORT BACK I SPENT (NEARLY TWO WEEKS) TRYING TO TRACK DOWN A PACKAGE THAT WAS ACTUALLY “NOT” BEING PROCESSED OR PACKED IN SPITE OF THE MESSAGE THAT INDICATED IT WAS BEING PREPARED.

The app isn’t that intuitive. I feel like there could be less clicks to get what you need and not have the redundancy I see. Some of the boxes on the app (prior to the appointment with the medical director) are super tiny and already checked “no”. Hard to see.

I hate Hydreight. They charge $25 for a consult that the docs never show up to and when they do show up they say “any questions” and that’s it. Really?! That’s your version of a compliant consult with a medical doctor prior to treatment???? Insane!!
