It has taken many calls & emails to try to receive a corrected invoice. Still waiting, and only going to a generic voicemail.

Unresponsive via e-mail, doesn't keep their promise, 6 week delay in shipment, cannot be trusted.
Response from Hydrafil Filtration Products· Jan 22, 2018
Hello Michio, Our apologies for the delay and mistake. After speaking with you, we agreed to ship your missing filters to Japan at no additional cost. We were hoping that this would help correct the issue. Again our apologies for the mistake, we did everything we could to help and correct our mistake, even shipping internationally at our expense. The Japanese DHL Waybill is: 6519334312 If there is anything we can do in the future, please let us know. Our sincere apologies, Hydrafil Sales Team.
