The flower selection was legit. Very fresh. You can tell they care about quality. They also had a good variety of health and beauty stuff which I appreciated, as I currently use there soap. Outstanding customer service

Thanks Nicholas. The soap is one of our quiet favorites too. Glad the flower and the lineup landed. -Hurcann Team

This is my first time ordering any kind of hash, and CBD hash at that. When it arrived I was confused because there was a high THCA COA included, so I emailed the team. They got back to me extremely fast, and double checked to make sure I got my correct order. They emailed me the correct COA which I was happy to see, and confirmed that I received CBD hash. Excellent customer service, I will be sure to order again in the future. As far as the hash goes, I tried a tiny piece just to make sure I wasn't about to blast into space since I was still paranoid and anxious even though the vendor confirmed it was CBD. Thankfully it was mostly CBD with like 1% THC, and I relaxed. Flavorwise was hard to tell since the piece was so small but it was good.

The product is great, but what was really striking was how good the customer service was. There was an issue with delivery where my package got bounced around and couldn’t get delivered, I reached out and they sent a new one immediately, and was very commutative during the whole process! Most companies now just pass you off to an ai chat bot or something but a real person was responding and helping every step of the way! Very impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction!

Thanks Kendrick. Delivery hiccups happen with USPS, and we'd much rather get a replacement out the door than leave anyone hanging. Glad it ended well, and there is a real human at the other end of every email here. -Hurcann Team

in the beginning though i was getting scammed but i wasnt , i had got the package but it had the wrong strain and mike had said he would put in some free pre rolls for the wait because it took a while and it wasnt in there
Response from Hurcann· Jan 31, 2026
Hi Javier, Thank you for taking the time to follow up and share additional feedback. For clarity, the product itself was the correct strain. The concern initially stemmed from a mismatch with the COA included in the order, which understandably caused confusion. When this was brought to our attention, we chose to resolve it promptly and in good faith to ensure you were comfortable with your purchase. We understand how issues like this can be frustrating, especially when expectations are high, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it directly. Our team takes accuracy and customer trust seriously, and we always aim to handle concerns fairly when they arise. Thank you again for your feedback. – Hurcann Team
