I purchased their Unlimited package for one year and have been using their AI humanizer. However, Pangram is still detecting my content as 100% AI-generated. I reached out to their support team several times by email, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response. This has been very frustrating, especially after paying for a one-year subscription. I hope they address this issue and improve their customer support.

Hi Sheraz, We're sorry to hear this, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of response from our support team. That's not the experience we want, especially after you committed to a yearly plan. AI detectors update their models often and results can vary depending on text structure and length, but we take this seriously. Please email us again at [email protected] with the subject "Trustpilot. Detection Review" and include the text you tested and the Pangram result, and we'll make your case a priority. — Humanize AI Team
