I’m very pleased with the support I got from Matt Simpson. He was very clear on the requirements for the role, had detailed information about the company and was helpful with the interview process. I would highly recommend Human Capital Ventures.

Very helpful throughout the process. My only negative is not directly down to the agents, sometimes deadlines weren’t met, e.g. I’d be told I’d hear back by Friday, Friday would come and go and I’d have to chase the following week but this was more so because the employer hadn’t got back to the agents.

I worked with Matt Stimpson, and found him to be honest and professional, very knowledgeable about the role, the client and their needs. He effortlessly guided me through the application process and gave good feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Human Capital Ventures for their services.

Excellent Service Matt Stimpson! This superb HCV agent supported me in every step in securing me a job at Marsh, and has been really friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend him/agency!

I recently had the pleasure to work with Matt Stimpson on a job opportunity. His guidance and regular contact made such a difference, and was without a doubt the best service I have received. Matt spent time with me on the phone before my first phone interview, following this up a few days later to ensure I had time to look at the company and was happy with the role. We spoke straight after both my telephone and face to face interviews, and I felt he was with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with Matt and have no doubt he has a great career ahead of him

In what capacity did we support you in? I had the pleasure of working with Phillip Ringrow, he introduced me to human capital ventures and from my experience human capital ventures stood out from its competitors as I was amazed at the speed that Phillip secured me a final stage interview within a week. Phillip also took his personal time to help me improve my skillsets to be set for the future. I will definatley recommend human capital ventures to everyone I know.

HCV are a fantastic Agency to deal with! Their Team will facilitate & assist with every step of the Recruitment process from applying for jobs, assistance with your CV, job placement, even up to getting set up as a contractor. As a first time contractor, the additional services provided by HCV to help you get set up we’re great! The Team are very personable, ensuring to keep you updated from start to finish makes all the difference! My experience with a lot of other Agencies you have to continually chase them. HCV are different & will look after you. I cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking for a proactive Agency who looks after you as the Candidate! Big thanks to Phil, Taryn & the fab HCV Team!

Matt provided me with an incredible service that is second to none. Both he and the team are one of a kind; and throughout the process of trying to place me into a role, he supported me and walked with me through it, very closely as my direct recruitment agent. For a reliable, considerate service, with recruiters who genuinely care about your application, I would look no further than Matt and the Team. Definitely hope and look forward to working with them again in the future.
