Customer service is very responsive! The hugterra didn't work for me, but they offer me 50% refund, and I will keep the product to give as a gift to someone. I agree that it's a good solution, considering the hassle of returning the product. Now I just have to wait for the 50%refund.

Very Happy with this product. Help with my neck and shoulder pain. It worked exactly as advertised and the customer service is amazing.

The initial unit did not work, but if I leave this review, they will exchange the entire unit for free. I sure hope the new one works, it looks amazing

Really happy with my purchase from HugTerra! The massager works great. The heat and vibration settings feel amazing and really help me relax after a long day. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and feels well made. Shipping was fast and the team was super friendly and helpful with updates. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

My husband actually came across this product doing some research for a herniated disc in my lower back. Honestly was willing to try anything to help it!! Have had this around 2 weeks now and have loved it! It is far more comfortable than any other one out there and the heat and vibration help a ton! Absolutely best purchase I have made in a while!
