Still waiting on my order to ship…

I was disappointed, l was expecting a beautiful colored carrier, like l saw in the add . When l received the item the carrier is completely black. Also ordered a gold drum, was not the deep gold l expected. I am being treated for depression +anxiety ( among other serious health problems) . I haven’t been able to to use it at all. Thank you 🙏🏻

A couple of weeks after ordering the drum, I was told that the color I requested wasn't in stock. I chose a new color. I was then sent the drum without the mallots or a strap for the bag. I was finally sent the mallots but I am still waiting for the strap. I originally placed the order around the beginning of July. This whole experience has been very unpleasant. The sound of the drum isn't even phenomenal. This experience was not worth it.

Péssimo envio. Não consegui receber, não houve nenhum suporte da empresa. Tive que entrar em contato com o Correio no Brasil pra descobrir onde estava a encomenda. Ainda precisei pagar mais uma taxa de envio, para receber. Apesar da taxa ter sido paga no site na hora da compra. A DHL não deu qualquer assistência. E ainda disse q não tinha nada a ver com o problema. Pq a DHL americana não eh a mesma DHL no Brasil. Só recebi a encomenda mais de 60 dias depois e tive que gastar mais dinheiro pagando o envio no Brasil. péssimo. Não recomendo.
