Chris V. was very helpful assisting my business to get back on the online site after multiple attempts to update my email address and utilize the site, he was able to check a separate location to add my email address and once he did all was well. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to complete the certificates and stayed on the line with me, thanks again Chris V.
