Lack of online cancellation…
Very frustrating that you cannot cancel a subscription with an email or online. For an online subscription service, I feel that you should be able cancel as easily as you make it to sign up.

Contacts don't feel like good quality
Contacts don't feel like good quality. I find myself always taking them off to apply more solution or to turn them around. My eyes get so tired when I take them off. Tried canceling membership but still getting contacts.

I can see in our system that you send an email to our team, and they responded with contact information for our customer service line, but we have not heard from you since July.
