Siempre puntuales y muy buena calidad de las lentillas. Llevaré como tres años con ellos y genial la verdad. Solo como sugerencia, podrían tener alguna promoción especial con los clientes habituales. Muchas gracias!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for several months. On my account page it says cancelled but they keep trying to take money from my account. I have sent about 10 emails to customer service and they have never once got back to me. DO NOT sign up for this subscription. Absolutely appalling Update. Hubble replied to me on here and told me to contact them again via email, which I did, it has again gone unanswered and this morning they have tried to take TWO subscription payments from my bank. I have now had to cancel my card to try to stop them. Do not sign up for a subscription with this company. I have been trying to cancel since SEPTEMBER!

I have tried numerous times to get a forgot email password sent to me so I can login and cancel my prescription. They continue to not send it to me and say every password I put in is wrong but I only have so many. This is very poor service I don't want it anymore I don't need them. So that 40$ a month i would like to be not taken out of my account. This is the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to subscription.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I have tried canceling my subscription with them numerous times and they continuously send contacts and take payment out of your account. It wouldn't be so bad if this was just a one-time incident but it has happened numerous times. Stay away unless you plan on using them for the rest of your god-given life

I wrote a review last week on Hubble Contacts warning others of their false advertising tactics; as they refused to honour the offer(s) they emailed me of 50% off if I reactivated my subscription 4X in the past 3 months. Hubble Contacts responded to my review on Trust Pilot asking me to email them to have the issue rectified. Unfortunately the company still refused to rectify issue after emailing them. Here is the copy and pasted response they emailed me: “Hi, Rachelle, We always aim to deliver a great experience. We are gutted when we miss the mark! Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We would like the opportunity to investigate your concern further. Based, on what I can see right here you've already availed 50% discount on March 11, 2021, which this offer applies on a one-time basis only. We would like to see why you receive an email again stating the same offer. We will ask a little favor Rachelle for further investigation if you may please send a screenshot of the recent email you received offering a 50%? Thank you Rachelle for your patience and understanding! Best, Cristy” They claim I cannot apply the offer they’ve emailed me 4X the past 3 months to reactivate my subscription as I used an offer 1 YEAR, 9 MONTHS ago (Yet there is no disclaimer nor fine print in any of the offer emails indicating I cannot use this offer). They certainly do not aim to deliver a great experience whatsoever, nor provide adequate customer service. They continue to waste consumers valuable time by asking you to reply to false advertising email offers, to email them to rectify issues on reviews written on Trust Pilot, and asking you to email them snapshots of their false advertising emails as proof.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. For other concerns, Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot" and my team will get back to you. All the best, John

Sencilla gestión para que envíen las lentillas. Lo malo a sido que hay ocasiones en las que se resecan demasiado...
Response from Hubble Contacts· Nov 30, 2022
