This is more related to quality of vision than customer service, though I do feel like the monthly subscription keeps getting pushed up earlier each month.

I love the contacts
I love the contacts and feel the price is very reasonable! Shipping is always on time. I had one package that USPS delivered to the wrong address and I never got them. After a phone call the box was shipped again free of charge... very impressive.
