Hey have terrible customer service. They told me that they couldn’t provide me the prescription I need. They worded the reply as if they was going to cancel my subscription. Then I get a charge from them. I get the wrong prescription from them. When I complained and asked for a refund. They fought me tooth and nail. Till I called them out of Facebook. They was more then happy to refund me then.

I didn’t get what I thought I was ordering at all and it ended up costing me over 200$$$ when I was expecting to pay 20-30$ MaYBE!!! Not happy

Charged for an order I never received. Was told by customer service there was an issue and they were supposedly resent,also never received. Meanwhile, they went ahead and charged me for the next month. I’ve had at least 10 email exchanges now with customer support, trying to get tracking info for the order they supposedly resent. Each time, the rep responds, seemingly without even reading my request, and sends the tracking info for the most recently billed order. Every. Single. Time. This started in November. Tomorrow is January 1st. Finally had enough and asked for a refund for the order I never received. This time, the rep responded by saying I had to return the contacts before they would issue the refund! Seriously?! If I had gotten the lenses in the first place, I wouldn’t be seeking a refund. Do yourself a favour and do not engage with this company. UPDATE: 10 days later and still no joy from Hubble. Immediately after I posted the review, someone from Hubble emailed me, said they had sent a “one time courtesy” replacement, like they were doing me some kind of favour, instead of providing me with something I already paid for. Was told the tracking info would be available in 48 hrs and package would arrive in 5-10 days. 10 days later, no package and no tracking info. I understand mail can be slow, so I emailed for the tracking info. Guess what? They didn’t send anything. I get a new estimated delivery date and still no tracking info. Save yourself a hassle and do not give this company your money.

So 2 YEARS AGO I set up a trial subscription, didn’t like them so tried to cancel my subscription. They made it really difficult to do but eventually I managed to get it cancelled. Fast forward 2 years and they have just randomly taken £27 from my account and sent me some lenses! I’ve reported the transaction as fraudulent to my bank then called Hubble and they casually inform me my account was never cancelled. No notices, no email alerts or warnings, just remove money from your account and send you a product you don’t want. Ridiculous. The woman on the phone said she has now cancelled my account but I’ve had to cancel my card just in case this happens again! I now have to return the lenses for a refund even though I never wanted them or authorised it.

Not a very good fit I’ve had some that have been flat on the front no curve at all and the writing on the lenses is annoying and the subscription started before I even got a chance to cancel it so now I’m stuck with 3 months of subpar lenses

1 was ordering 1 boxs for 2.95€ and you send me 30 contacts and to deduct 29.95€ With out me approval and you are trying to deduct again even when i wasint ordering. And i cant open my account.
