We are truly sorry to read a review like this, as this is definitely not what we want for our customers to feel and experience with us. We totally understand you and where this frustration is coming and I am hoping that I could be of help to you. It's sad that our lenses did not work out but still thank you for trying us. All prescriptions are brand specific so our lenses would generally not work for everybody and as for it's quality, we can assure you that it's made of good quality materials. Regarding your feedback about our return process, I sincerely apologize if we might have given you the wrong idea on how it works and leaving you confuse about it. You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness, if it doesn’t work, please visit your eyecare professional to evaluate the cause and determine the best way to increase your contact lens wearing comfort. If you haven't already, please be sure to cancel your subscription to avoid upcoming charges and deliveries. Best, Cristy

Hi Vanessa, erstens: herzlichen Dank für dein ausführliches Feedback. Wir möchten unser bestes tun um dieses zu verbessern! Wir bedauern das Du mit dem Tragekomfort unserer Linsen nicht zufrieden warst. Der BC-Wert (Basiskurve) und der DIA-Wert (Durchmesser) von Hubble Linsen ist für fast alle Kontaktlinsenträger ohne bzw. mit geringer Hornhautverkrümmung (geringer als -1.00 Zylinderwert) geeignet. Die meisten Hersteller bieten Linsen mit nur einem BC-Wert (Radius) und einem DIA-Wert (Durchmesser) an. Der BC-Wert von Hubble Linsen beträgt 8,6 und der DIA-Wert beträgt 14,2. Dennoch kann es natürlich sein das diese Werte nicht für deine Augen passend waren. All lenses are brand specific and doesn't work for everybody, that's the reason why we have the free box for you to try. Good thing you were able to cancel your account right away since of course we don't want customers getting billed for lenses that doesn't suit them. I'm just sorry to hear that you had a hard time cancelling your account as we put so much effort on making it easier to cancel, before we used to have calling as the only option to cancel but since we value our customers time, we also do cancellation via email. We totally understand the feedback because all lenses are brand specific and doesn't work for everyone. We are just sorry to hear that this did not work for you. With regard to being charge prior to receiving your free box, that's something that we'll totally look into with the courier since we used a third party provider for that and thank you so much for bringing this to our attention since we understand that customers must need to try the lenses first before being charge with a subscription. Though we do have an option to manage the account to avoid any premature charges, I would say that our shipping should be inspected as well to make sure that it's performing its duties. Even though our product did not work out for you, we very much appreciate you mentioning that it's very easy to cancel with our company, that's something we can assure future customers.
