Update: Khizra responded to a query very quickly and always helps me fix my problems. Great team at HR For Health! Noman quickly help me solve a technical PTO issue. Khizra has also been a great help with past payroll and other issues, Sarah has also been quite helpful with any HR issues and is pretty quick to respond, and Fahad is super knowledgeable of HR policy and specific situations. I appreciate Noman's professional and prompt service. However, I just spoke with my accounting person. She still cannot access the payroll report! This was the third time I addressed this matter. So I am not sure if it is the inability of tech people or something wrong with the software!
