My therapist uses this heat pad on me with a tense unit and it really a helpful piece of equipment.I asked hlm where to get this pad and he referred me to you. I am sure I will be very satisfied with it!

Got confirmation of the order and shipping info. A day later got an email saying there was an error and they could not supply the product - "there was an unexpected incident in the processing of the order." and it could not be re-processed. They issued a refund and apologized for the error.

arrived on time- metal needs to be stiffer- bends too easily but does pickup bad leg easier than without.

Still have not received the product I ordered. The shipping details indicate it is in my town and has been sent out twice for delivery but was delayed by weather. Apparently it must be too sunny to deliver.
