Huge Scam. 1. Nothing arrived. They claimed it was delivered. No delivery was made. I have evidence. 2. Back n forth. Back n forth. 3. Three weeks later two out of FIVE parcels arrived from local store. 4. I end up paying TRIPLE for Nothing. 5. Scammers. I hope you Go Out Of Business

Hovely Nest advertised U-Haul moving supplies. I purchased these supplies, as they were less expensive than U-Haul's site. They were delivered in an odd way, but in a reasonable time frame. I figured that part went well. The issues began when I spoke with U-Haul, and I found my items were purchased from them with a stolen credit card. NOT my payment details. I reached out to a friend who is an analysts at another company advertised on Hovely, they had done the same to them. It appears this was the case on hundreds of Hovely orders and almost a dozen stolen cards. They apparently take your real money and then purchase from the supply company with stolen cards. I also find it parallels why Hovely no longer advertises these companies products. Watch your card info on this site. Your card may be the next used. It could have been one bad apple in Hovely's staff, or it could be their whole program. I don't know. But, is it worth the risk?

Said my order was delivered. Photo showed another house other than mine. Tried to contact customer service by email on website and phone and never heard back. Would not recommend this vendor. Beware!!!

Ordered off their site - good prices. Order received was not what I had ordered. They subsequently changed the item page. This is classic bait and switch. Avoid dealing with these folks - there are plenty of honest companies out there, but this is not one!
