Everything was easy to do. However, would like to get my PDF version at checkout once I’ve paid.

Love to hear that it was easy! We'd love to add more instant-download PDF options in the future (currently the designers send most orders). Stay tuned.

Michelle was very helpful! Been working with her for a couple years, right, it took me that long to pick a floor plan. No matter where the plan was, she had it, so since she was so helpful I always went to her.

That's awesome! She'll love to see this. All the best with your build and let us know how it goes (we'd love to see photos).

Very easy to navigate the site and filter but every time you click on a floor plan and try to zoom in on the screen up it will automatically refresh your screen. It’s very aggravating but I just kept screenshotting them and going back to my pictures to view the floor plan

Hi Hunter, sorry to hear that! If you wouldn't mind, would you email us at [email protected] with a screenshot of what you're seeing and a few more details on which browser you're using (on phone or desktop)? That would help our development team investigate. Thank you!

Lots of photos and floor plans. Relatively easy with guides to assist you. Ways to tailor your choices and present only plans that meet those guidelines.

Glad that you liked all the photos and filtering options, Daniel!

Loving this site so far. I have downloaded 2 set of plans already. The options here are endless. Houseplans opens your mind to possibilities and they've done all the work already or atleast most of it. There's no way you won't find several plans you like here but my advice is not to go with the first plan you like, keep looking. Otherwise, you'd spend twice and there's no refund.

Thanks, Gideon! We're so happy that you've found inspiration and great plans. We'd love to see photos of your builds so that you can inspire others, too!
