Extremely poor lead generation. Leads come from facebook ads not at all targeted toward consumers looking to buy or sell. 99% of phone numbers & emails left are fake. Customer service is non-existent and this is possibly the biggest waste of money anyone could ever spend on lead generation.

I’ve had my license for two years. Life sucker punched me and I haven’t had the time to push as hard as is necessary to generate leads. Thankfully, the challenges I have faced in my personal life are calming down and I am ready to work hard to build my business. Unfortunately, I do not have a large sphere of influence and that’s what my brokerage pushes. I have felt very overwhelmed as to where to start, how to start yet I’m full of ideas and motivation. After joining forces with HouseJet, I feel optimistic and super excited about my path. A prayer was answered.
