I was not for this, but as I checked them out and spoke with them, I realized that even though I’m a top producer, they could help me be even more significant. So here we go on another new embarkment.

The professionalism and compassion from the start with HouseJet has been amazing. Their support and training is excellent and I am able to use it in other aspects of my real estate career as well. Looking forward to a successful partnership.

I signed up for this program because they claim to follow up with all leads until an appointment is set. After getting set up, they tell you that it is the agents job to follow up and they are just a support. Then they block you from receiving the next lead until you comment on the previous lead that you have attempted to contact them. They lock you in with promises, then refuse to refund your money when those promises are proven false. In addition, their "robust" CRM they tout is extremely limited and basic. Their "better than others" website is generic and lacking in features. And their support people are less than helpful, talking over me with their "talking points" that didn't address my concerns and hung up on me when I pushed back. Do not trust this company or service. I am an accomplished real estate broker that was hoping for a program to help my agents, but this one turned into a nightmare.

Hello Cheri, we do follow up and call and text and set appointments with your leads for you but we also have to work together so you will need to also follow up with them to get to the closing table with them. As far as following up with your current leads to get new ones we put this in place so we don't have new leads coming in that aren't getting followed up with and getting mad at you for not working with them or contacting them. We have taken feedback on all of this and even more so support, we have spent a lot of time improving our team to better assist our partners.

Been with Housejet for almost 3 months now, received so far 9 leads - way below than 8-12 leads I was promised to receive a month. Out of 9 only 2 had good numbers who are looking to rent and no desire to buy. Spoke to customer service and was told will pass to marketing to investigate. I asked to cancel and refund the $1997 they charged me. And was told I have to wait 12 months to request refund (if I not able to close any lead, or if they're still around)!!. It's been 4 days now and Marketing has not called back. Will call again tomorrow. Ugh, Sucks!

Hello Noel, it looks like you've received 40 leads and we've also set 3 appointments for you even with you going inactive multiple times. We do require our partners to stick with us for 12 months as most people won't close within 30 days. It may take up to 12 months or more to close with them and we want to make sure you receive your deposit back. Marketing does not contact any of our clients as your touchpoint is support which is ready to answer questions and work with marketing for you. We love to help make our partners successful so we offer training 5 times a week with different hosts and a private community to help you engage with other agents around the country who are making waves and closing deals every month with our leads. We also have great support hours where you can call in, email in, and create a ticket to get answers, and improve your business as a whole.

The right time and the right email/social media inspired approach! Noticing a significant slump in my own energy and even aspiration to stay the course, with very low client base, rising interest rates, NAR law suits and the state of our economy, not to mention a plethora of personal family challenges, this is the perfect avenue for me at this time. The support, structure and validation that goes with being a part of a team in real estate is the perfect catalyst for me to get back into the game. I’m so grateful and exited to be embarking on this venture with a team of real estate professionals and colleagues. Thank you for the opportunity!

Terrible leads. Almost all bad numbers or not interested in buying/selling. Waste of time and money. They encourage new realtors to submit positive reviews before anything starts in order to pad their online reviews!
Response from HouseJet· Jan 25, 2024
Hello Aden, would love to provide a little more context! Coming into the program our goal is not just to provide you with leads but education to grow your business, a CRM for follow-up, brand you as the go-to agent in your area, social branding, ISA team for follow-up on your leads, and help build something bigger than you can build by yourself by making history within our industry by having ownership of the business. We encourage partners to leave a review to tell their stories about being a realtor and what they were apprehensive about coming into the program. We also want feedback to help make the program even better and to help others understand that this is the first-ever agent-owned portal! It also helps our growing team get excited to help our thousands of agents! Our client success team would love to hear from you about the various options available to help get you on track with all of our other partnered agents.

I should have known. I was just desperate to get started in a new market and the salesman was slick. It didn't take long to receive the first "lead," bad number. The next lead took another 17 days to arrive. Another bad number. I think all in all, I received 4-6 leads that had good numbers, and only two that answered their phones. One was not able to get qualified, and the other seemed to be a lonely person who was using this service to have someone to talk to. I did not receive a single lead for 6 months from February to August. I'm sure they'll say it's my fault somehow, but I did nothing to suddenly receive a lead, so I'm not sure how I made that happen... I went to talk to customer service today, and I'd had my account disabled and been kicked out of the Facebook group. I finally found a support email, but they will not open a ticket because my account wasn't found. Going to be calling tomorrow (as it's after hours now) to see if that phone number is even working. All in all DO NOT spend your money with MoneyTree, PayPerClosing, HouseJet, or whatever else they're calling it now. They lie about what they're actually offering (warm leads that are cultivated by their AI and put on your calendar), happily take your payment, and then (from what I've seen and what I was told prior to signing up) say it's your fault when you're not closing any of their "verified leads." What a joke.

Hello Kate, it's understandable that you're unhappy. We want to address the lead generation portation here, if there is no follow-up on the current leads we've provided your marketing is paused until you follow up with them. Currently, it's been 11 months since you have followed up with your leads and no leads are coming in. We also noticed you haven't created any tickets or emails to contact support at all. Our Facebook group has automations in it to flag members and after a certain amount of flags, it will remove you. This could be due to a lot of options from inappropriate language, links, and no bullying or negativity. Speaking of, we have a new private community with lots of great new tools and benefits for our agents! Would love to see you in there posting and joining the 5 weekly coaching calls we host for you as part of your membership. We are very sorry that you feel suckered and would love to help turn that around. The quickest avenue to do that is to call our support line provided to you!
