Bad product. No customer service. The perfume I ordered had either been stored in too hot a room or was simply very old. In any case it did not smell at all like the Light Blue by Doce & Gabanna I have been wearing for years. They do not list a phone number and the place on their website that says "email us" does not respond when you click on it. So there is no way to contact them for return or replacement. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered perfume at hottperfume.com on June 7, 2018 with expedited shipping and received an order confirmation email. As I did not receive the order by the expected delivery date, on June 13 I inquired about the status of the order, to which I got an auto-response: "Hi, we will be on vacation until Friday June 15th at which time we will respond to your questions or concerns." On June 17, 2018 I inquired about the status again and on June 20 received a response: "I apologize for the delay and your order will arrive within a week via usps." I responded that the whole point of paying for expedited shipping was to get the order by certain date and as the perfume was intended as a gift to be presented on a particular date, I do not need it "within a week" past June 17 - it is too late, and requested to cancel the order. I did not receive any response to this email, and the next one that I sent on June 25.

I ordered Creed and received a box that was not sealed and was not authentic. To top it off I’ve emailed twice to return and they do not reply so I would NOT recommend them. Poor quality product and terrible customer service!!

Ordered a 'Miss Dior Cherie' perfume off the hottperfume.com website. Got a confirmation email with a tracking number that led to... NOWHERE (red flag #1). Smelled something fishy. Emailed the company (red flag #2: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number). Demanded that I get a tracking number. They replied that I would receive my shipment within one week (uhhh that did NOT happen). Went online to read reviews on this particular website and saw lots of "scam alerts" (red flag #3). Proceeded to call Chase credit card services because I suspected fraud... Someone from hottperfume email address emailed me back. The content of the email: "RELAX." I received my email 1 week later than the anticipated date. Opened it to find a leaking bottle of 'miss dior Cherie' which was clearly a fake. I have the authentic one. Not only does it not smell the same (it smells like bathroom air freshener), the bottle arrived to me leaking, the label sticker falling off and crooked. The bow is made of cheap flimsy plastic and the "CD" plastic engraving on the top of the cap is not there. I demanded a refund from the company for the scam. They replied with a "sure, ship it to us at the following address in NY...." UMM. HELL NO. they should be the ones suffering and paying the shipping back for the return of my fraudulent item. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS. DO NOT USE THEM!! I'm a perfume lover and have a collection of over 30 authentic ones. This company doesn't ship the real stuff. It's all FAKE. It doesn't even smell remotely good. Their customer service sucks, package arrived late. Not worth any of the trouble. Avoid this scam company. And spread the word... sooner or later, they're bound to shut down.

I purchased two bottles of Armani Mania from Hottperfume for my husband. They do not smell like Armani Mania. Actually they don't smell like anything. I have sent the company an email and they have not responded to my request to return the items for a refund.

this company is a scammer. I ordered a bottle of perfume from them more than a week ago and after couple days I had a feeling they are the scammer so I email them 4 times already for refund still haven't hear from them.

Ordered my perfume from this site, received it and it was all worth it. This site to me did the job well. I requested for my order to be placed at the back of my home when it's delivered and that was put on my shipping label, so I was very pleased they followed thru with that request. ( too many packages are taken when left at the front of the house). This is why I say they did their job well. also, good price.
