These are always shipped quickly. I always know the order will be correct. I have never gotten a bad piece of Hardware. All screws holes are good and don't need cleaning out. They always send Steel screws so you don't ring off screw heads. They are the best products that I can buy for my Projects.

I went to the website and found the same original parts, ordered and received...so happy. Beautiful quality products.

The order for 6 ring pulls was divided in two shipments weeks apart. When the second shipment arrived it contained the wrong items in the wrong finish. These are now holding up a very stressful kitchen project. You need to work on your supply chain!
