Receiving a shipping notification often indicates that the order has already been generated and is being prepared or has been handed off for fulfillment. We understand your frustration, particularly if you still had product remaining from a previous order. However, subscription renewals are scheduled based on the agreed delivery cycle and are not dependent on how much product a customer has personally consumed.
