First, onboarding was very easy with strong customer assistance. Most recently as a new user, Valarie was incredibly helpful in assisting with my 1st SDRI investment. Overall, i have been very happy with Horizon with user friendly processes and great customer service.

Amber was fantastic help any issues that came up she really handled them with surprisingly around the clock assistance. There were multiple times I didn’t expect to hear back until the next day or after the weekend and in very timely manner was always there to assist. Would 100% recommend Horizon and Amber specifically to tackle whatever was needed!
