Very good customer service

This is my second Honiture cordless vacuum cleaner because I wanted one for downstairs like I have one for my upstairs. It's really a wonderful, dependable and quality cleaning "must-have" for your home that puts all other cordless vacuum cleaners to shame!

Great product, great customer service. Would definitely reccomend.

I submitted a problem on their FAQ page and my husband emailed them directly. Has been several weeks and no response from this company. I have an expensive vacuum that I need support to troubleshoot and this company is a ghost. Disappointing product and lack of customer support.

I absolutely love my Honiture P7 Pro! From the jump I have been impressed with my vacuum, plus the extras (fragrance tablets, etc.) I have had occasion to work with customer service. They were very prompt and demonstrated a sense of urgency. The communication was top notch. I highly recommend Honiture. I will definitely buy again in the future.

This vaccum works great! The mopping feature is one of a kind and is a game changer for daily cleaning!
