Platform and staff is great. Coverages are easy to add etc. Inspections need to be figured out. Its sometimes not easy for a property manager to get inside access to a unit. Perhaps give an option to skip certain steps and go back with the data saved. Additionally the time clock should not start for payment, signatures and inspections immediately after binding. It should start at the time of the effective date. In some cases the payment is required before the policy is even active.

Give and easy to quote and get a decline. too long to get an approval.

Honeycomb does an amazing job, the only issue I have is getting endorsements especially reinstatements faster. Obviously if something is sitting in cancellation and we are waiting to hear policy will be reinstated we would like to know prior to the cancellation date. If someone could call say yes or no this will or wont be reinstated prior to canc date.

it was a completely painless process. The only part that was not satisfactory was the inspection process. There is no way to review the data you're sending before it's sent. Individually, you can preview an individual item, but it is not possible to determine what was sent after the fact.

I required a certificate of insurance naming by mortgage company as a loss payee as I kept getting notices from them. At first, I did not get a call back but after I was able to reach the underwriting department, they promptly addressed the issue. I switched to Honeycomb because their policy rates are better than what my standard broker could get. I was concerned Honeycomb would not provide the same level of customer service to address these kinds of issues but they did timely handle this issue for me. Thank you.
