Had to get Thor range replaced from shipping damage, Grace in Customer Service went above and beyond to make the replacement range made it to us, would recommend HOD to anyone looking for appliances

The wait time was not bad at all, the appliances are beautiful, I got black with gold cost a bit more but well worth it, my hood came damaged during freight, shipped me a new replacement issues

Home outlet Direct was very easy to deal with. I made one phone call was able to speak to someone really quickly. I had my model number ready for the appliance I was buying. Gave that to the individual for HOD. He went through inventory gave me a time when it can be shipped and the day. He also explained delivery procedures and takeaways if there is issues with the package. I was very satisfied. They actually put my appliance up on my porch for me so I can get it into my home.

I got answer from the company that I bought the A/C unit from. And they was very nice and work out to solve the issue with missing parts and they did great job and solve the problem with appreciate and kindness. Thanks for making the job done right

Good price, but more importantly, INCREDIBLE service. There was an issue with damage in shipment and the shipper/distributor was dragging their feet. BUT HOD stepped up big time and decided to take care of it themselves. It is rare to see that kind of integrity these days. Don't be afraid to buy online. Some companies like this one are still dedicated to giving great customer service. I won't buy from anywhere else.

Delivery service was awesome. I couldn’t be at location and they put ice machine where I needed. All of my contact /service folks were helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and kind.

HOD was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to them. We had an issue with our electrical and had to exchange the dual range we ordered for an all gas range. It was after the return date, but they were very helpful and allowed me to return the item and purchase the gas range. I highly recommend this company.
