I couldn't get my credit card to load into new card. Customer service was not open to deal with matter. I love homemakers but I wanted to buy something and couldn't, had to use my NFM card which I didn't really want to do.

Hi, Alyssa we’re sorry to hear about your experience, this is definitely not the Homemaker’s standard. I would like to have someone from our Accounting team look into this further. Could you please send me the phone number used when purchasing to [email protected] so I can look up your order information? Please also feel free to share more information about your experience. Thank you and my apologies again!

This is the third purchase I've made and the items have been good quality so far. I love that they have so much different items. Unlike other stores that have limited items.
