The hours I earned were good. However, in the mailout pamphlet, you gave a list of top OT picks for hours and I found several I liked which is why I paid for the year unlimited. After paying and going onsite, the courses I was interested in were no where to be found. I was disappointed.
Response from HomeCEU· May 13, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the hours you earned were valuable, but we’re sorry to hear the courses featured in the mailer were not available when you joined. We will also be looking into this internally to better understand what happened and help ensure our promotional materials accurately reflect current course availability. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you’d like, please reach out to our support team at 800-554-2387, so we can review your situation directly and help find a course option!

I specifically signed up for Michigan Massage Therapist courses and the only needed a 2 credit for Ethics. You have a one or 3. It was all about Occupational , Physical and Speech Therapy. 5 minutes of a mention of massage therapy and straight to Hipaa and still all about the other therapies after 3 hours. Disappointing. Basically reading it out loud and a few bad videos.
Response from HomeCEU· May 8, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the course did not meet your expectations. While the ethics content covers broader healthcare topics like HIPAA and professional standards, we understand you were looking for material more specific to Michigan massage therapy. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve both the relevance of the material and the learning experience itself. If you’d like, please reach out to our support team at 800-554-2387, so we can review your situation directly and help find a course option that may better fit your licensing needs.
