This company averting one product and send something totally different. Would not purchase from this company.

Well I was very disappointed for the price I piad. It wassupposed to be the large item but it seems small. Also thought it was supposed to be 3d printed but it was just plastic. I was not happy when I first seen it it looks like a 10 dollar item that I paid alot of money for. And there were no updates on the items shipping or production of item. Overall guess it sucks to be me. No discount Or anything I wish I could return it for a refund.

FRAUD! Their video ad shows a true 3D sculpted ornament. But what they ship is totally different ...a flat 2d piece of ¢rap. Totally fraudulent company. Complete waste of $73.92. Caveat Emptor.

Not what was advertised Took forever, no updates on shipping or production. It looks cheap, not at all what it looked like in the ad. I was expecting a 3d style ornament, but its a print out with a plastic cover. Wont be buying from them again

Just today these intrusive ads have started showing up on my phone with sexually inappropriate and unwanted sales material. I have marked them as inappropriate over 10 times but they keep reappearing. Please don't buy from this company and reward this obnoxious sales tactic.

The first one came in broken. After contacting customer service they offered to give a slight refund and send a second one. The second one came in more pieces than the first. Again was offered a slight refund and a third topper. Don’t have much hope of it being received in any better condition. The packaging of such a delicate item is awful.

Your Facebook advertisement picture led me to believe that your Disney inspired ornament was 3D. I didn't read anything to make me believe it was a flat ornament. I got this ornament for my daughter and family. I will never again buy something from your advertisements or website again because the product was NOT what was advertised.

The clock received is broken. The short and long hands won’t stay in place. So it doesn’t work. I’m disappointed with this purchase and I don’t have a return address for it to be returned. Morie Alo
