Would be five stars if it wasn't for the item. However, Matthew helped me so much to sort out the problem, even making calls I couldn't make; being in the UK, not the U.S. We need more people who are willing to go out of their way to provide fantastic customer service. Have a cold one on me, Matthew!

FEDEX had trouble the way the package was prepared. Tyler or Taylor corrected this very quickl. Package was delivered the next day after the problem was found. My experience with this company continues to be very good!
