I ordered a great number of bulbs as I have used them in the past. my most recent order was filled with dozens of moldy and unusable bulbs. I have sent photos and I still cannot get them to replace bulbs or refund me.

I ordered bulbs and they arrived late. The ground was frozen. The order was returned to sender and Holland claims they were delivered to a neighbor. Post office has them being returned to Milwaukee on the same day. Do not trust Holland. I’m out 70 dollars and I’m suppose to blame USPS.

They suck one star to much. They dont respond to emails. Waste of money. Did not send what was ordered - sent cheaper items in bags labeled as correct items. Bags to have 6 had 4 items. Some items never sent. Dead roots sent - dead dry brown never grew - not dormant. Just sent emails again and copied emails to chat on site. No response to original emails sent to address instructed to send them to by phone. Had 2 orders with them in rapid succession - both with problems. Never again!

I ordered bulbs from this company over a month ago and to this date have received nothing. I've called them SIX times and no one ever answers. I've left messages every time and NO ONE has ever called me back. I even sent an email and still......nothing. Don't waste your time with this company.

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews. I have had nothing but good luck with Holland Bulb Farms - fast shipping and superior products. I am getting ready to order again for fall planting - their tulips and daffodils are wonderful!!

The houseplant I ordered came with five broken stems. After removing the broken stems at their suggestion, it left me with half the number of leaves that it should have had if the stems had not broken. And they were perfectly okay with that. I won’t buy anything from them again.
