Attrcted by the lowest price and suprisingly with very nice after-sale! Feeling comfortable while contacting with the customer support, with very quick reply and valuable info.

I made a mistake in my booking
I made a mistake in my booking, and I didn't add the flex option to my booking. I contacted Holisto and they changed the booking with no extra cost. Great service! Thank you

Had no issues
Had no issues. Felt slightly uneasy with the lack of emails from them in the build-up to the stay but all was taken care of.
