Very focused and helpful counter representatives. Tires replaced and everything adjusted as promised. Noticed a headlamp was out and asked if I'd like it replaced. When replacement didn't work, they replaced again and checked electrical connections to make sure that wasn't a cause, free of charge. Comfortable waiting area with wifi and coffee.

Hogan Tire always has what I need. They take care of my issues in a Timely manner and all the support staff are very knowledgeable. Thank Larry

Always great service when I bring my car into Hogan Tire for any type of service! The staff is very friendly and explains what needs to be done up front with no hidden costs.

Been doing business with Hogan Tire Woburn for over twenty five years. Everything from batteries, tires, tuneups, tie rods, shocks, mufflers, etc, Service is good, reliable, and honest, Price is fair, Good waiting room with tv, and coffee, Knowledgeable service staff too. After all these years, I don't think I have ever had to return to Hogan to correct something.

I have had things fixed there, but have had to come back several times in order to get is resolved. They have greatly reduced the range of repairs they will perform. They state they only want to do things that are quick because it is more profitable for them. They used to be such a wonderful honest place to have repairs done. I started going to them in 1989. I won't go to them anymore unless I need a simple tire purchase.
