As always Jim and his staff at the Natick store did an outstanding job installing new tires on my vehicle! After being a 25 year customer of Hogan Tire I can always count on superior customer service.

Recently I experienced a 2 and a quarter hour oil change and tire rotation and, yes, I had an appointment and they knew that I was waiting. I also sent a complaint to the Westwood location a week ago but haven’t heard back. Maybe they don’t care but that would be a shame, as I’m a longtime customer

Their online quote did not include a charge that they told me at the shop was necessary. This is so misleading! Also I was there to replace four tires, and I told them I had a spare on one of my wheels and to please put it back in the trunk. When they said the car was ready I opened my trunk and the flat tire was still in there. Unbelievable. The waiting area is extremely tiny. They told me it would be 45-60 minutes and it was almost 1 1/2 hours. Lousy experience all around.

James and Chris were extremely nice and informative....once I was able to reach them. Before walking in to the store, I called and couldn't get an off-hours answer or voice mail option. I also couldn't get hours of operation off the company website. So, in the end, good work. I got one day service which was huge. But it wasn't the easiest process.

The staff at Hogan gave me good service as expected. They did not try to oversell me or sell me something I didn't expect. I requested a price match on tires and oil change they promptly did it, saving me over $150.

Wonderful, honest people that work here that make me keep coming back. Great job.

I have been using Hogan Tire for years. Guy at the front desk is extremely helpful and the staff have serviced my vehicles with great satisfaction.
