This company will lie and steal your money they think! I have been told twice now that they are sending out the massager and lie after lie excuse after excuse. Please don't purchase anything from this company. They do not deliver the product. They need to be shut down😡😡

Product arrived in a very timely basis. My request for assistance was responded to promptly. My concerns or issues with your company. I understand that you want to encourage your customer to get the best from your product, but your return policy deducts money from the customer when they hold onto the product longer. So my attempt to have your product work for me actually was my loss your gain. I feel like you have a great product. But the design is what is the problem. It does not allow it to sit on your neck and back with ease and comfort. Maybe a possible redesign could make it better. I noticed in the video you sent me that even the Dr using the HiZoonstruggled to get it sitting comfortably on his neck and back. There was an arch in his lower back when he got it to the proper spot. Not comfortable for anyone with pain and back issues. I’m 72, my daughter is 46, and we both found the same issues with intensity and adjustment. .

Helpful and efficient!

The biggest issue was my skin. The friction caused chafing on my neck that took over a week to fully heal. On top of that, my neck was left feeling sore, and worse than before I tried it. The fit is also awkward. Once the massager starts working, my head slides down the pillow, which moves the pressure onto a more sensitive part of my neck. It's hard to stay in a position where it actually helps. I reached out to return it after the 30-day window. The company held to its policy, and the only suggestion offered was to use a towel or something soft to ease the friction. That doesn't fix the design, and it left me disappointed in the customer service as well. If you have sensitive skin or neck tension, I'd look elsewhere. I definitely don't recommend this one.

Waste of money. The massager was significantly weaker after the first use even when it was fully charged. Now it won’t charge at all and I haven’t been able to get it to work again. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. Save your money.

I was so sad when my Hizoo stopped working recently. I reached out to their customer service and worked with Justin who was super helpful, attentive and kept in contact with me during the process. After sharing a quick video of it not working with him, he started the repair or exchange process, and since it was still within the warranty timeframe, I was able to send it to them, and they quickly turned around sending me back a replacement. I’m back in business and my neck is happy again. Thank you.

Customer service was outstanding in my experience. Unfortunately I needed to return the massager due to it causing some friction burns on my neck. I loved the massage on my upper back and neck, but the delicate skin below my ears didn't agree. I notified customer service and they offered some great ideas on how to work around the problem (putting a towel or material between the machine and my neck, video of proper placement, etc.). I tried everything, but still had some issues, so decided to return it. They understood and emailed a return label the next day. I think it's an excellent product for the right person.

Do not buy this product. The gentlest setting gave me the worst neck ache that lasted for days. The friction also created an open sore on my neck on two different occasions. I only used it four times in five weeks and sadly too late to return, but I see they don't make returns easy even inside the 30 day window. This is not a pleasant experience on any measure and the company offered me 15% off a future purchase after refusing my return. Save yourself the trouble.
