I wrote to support about a problem from whom I received an arrogant and condescending response. They didn't help at all, I tried to suggest solutions, they didn't answer my suggestion. They froze my ETH! I was right, but they do what they want, they change their own rules the way they want. If the customer has a problem with the new rule, it is the customer's problem alone, they do not care. Beware: Do not mine in Hiveon Pool, because they easily cheat or lock your ETH, and you can't do anything.
