I love how easy the app and online platform is to use. My account manager, Lemuel is responsive and helpful. I do wish I had more quality candidates but I’m still new to the platform so I’m trusting the process at this time.

Maybe I'm missing something, but since no one will meet with me, this is what I have to say. Not happy. The existing filters don't work consistently...it's buggy. My "personal" customer service rep stopped responding to my requests for a meeting to discuss issues. Kept pointing me back to the scant documentation. Whatever engine decides which job to suggest for a job seeker when starting a chat is random. It relates to the job selected when filtering, less than half the time. If you do decide to purchase, be sure that you compare what they said you were buying to what's available before doing so. I was offered only limited chats at the VIP level when I purchased from a direct sales call. The website offers unlimited chats at the VIP level. When I asked why the difference, I was told that there are 2 levels of VIP...but it's not documented anywhere.

Excellent client relations. Great concept. Price for the plan is reasonable. I have to figure out on my end how to attract licensees. Licensees if serious must respond to chats and emails. The only two drawbacks.

Kara made me have a great experience we were in touch almost every day. And she took on extra action when i had my migraines. I love the service with the personal assistant! I wish it was cheaper so i could afford to continue with it. They are a great asset.... I will refer my business partners to Hirey. I have one who is always interested and i work with thousands!

hirey is very very responsive,and the accounts manager lemuel lucas is someone who's always got your back. overall it's a wonderful experience.
